If you receive the error message that says your account needs to be manually updated, please contact the Interlibrary Loan Department at 803-777-2805 or uscill@mailbox.sc.edu. Provide your username, and they can quickly fix the issue.
This error is due to a recent change in the library's authentication process. It is not related to your ability to borrow items through Interlibrary Loan.
