1. Check your wifi network
Mobile printing will only work from either the uscstudent or uscfacstaff wireless networks. The mobile printing page will not load if you are connected to uscguest, EntertaiNET or another wireless network.
2. Check your file type
Only files stored as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Visio, text/rich text, or images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, etc.) can be uploaded. If you are trying to print from Google Docs you will have to download and save the file in one of these formats first.
3. Tips for mobile devices
You must be connected to wifi rather than using cellular data. You can use laptops, tablets and smartphones, but on Android phones you must select "open in a new tab" when clicking on the mobile printing link.
