If your personal Wall Street Journal account expires while you're still affiliated with the university as a student or employee, signing in through the unique USC partner link again will reactivate it.

Troubleshooting

If you have issues, try these steps:

  1. Copy and paste this URL into your browser to completely logout of the WSJ.com website: http://www.wsj.com/logout
  2. In the same browser window, paste this URL to delete WSJ-related cookies: http://www.wsj.com/delete_cookies
  3. Use the unique USC partner link to start your reactivation: https://partner.wsj.com/partner/universityofsouthcarolina
  4. Enter your email on the registration page, and it should show the message, "It looks like you already have an account."
  5. Click on "Sign In" and enter your USC email and WSJ password.

This should restore your access through the website and the WSJ app. For additional help, use the library's online chat or submit a help request describing the error or other issue you are experiencing.
