This appears to be a browser issue, especially with Chrome. One of these actions should solve the problem:

  • Try a different browser
  • Use an incognito or private browser window
  • Clear the cookies in your browser (under Settings > Privacy and security in Chrome)

Also, once you have registered for an account and set up your ID and password, using the direct link to Cheetah at http://www.wkcheetah.com instead of the library's link should also avoid this issue.
