This appears to be a browser issue, especially with Chrome. One of these actions should solve the problem:

  • Try a different browser
  • Use an incognito or private browser window
  • Clear the cookies in your browser (under Settings > Privacy and security in Chrome)

Also, once you have registered for an account and set up your ID and password, using the direct link to Cheetah at instead of the library's link should also avoid this issue.
