The issue is most likely related to your browser. Some browser add-ons/plugins are causing a problem with the campus’s authentication protocols. Try accessing the library resource while using your browser's private mode. The private mode will disable all browser add-ons and plugins. In Chrome this is called “Incognito Window” and in Firefox it's called “Private Window”. You will need to identify and remove and/or disable the add-on to permanently stop the box from appearing.
