Your CarolinaCard is your library card. You need it to check out books, pay for printing, and to stay after the Thomas Cooper Library closes to visitors and guests.
If you are able to come to the Columbia Campus, you can get a CarolinaCard at their office in the basement of the Russell House. If you are unable to come to campus, Distributed Learning Support Services can issue you a library card.
If you are not affiliated with the University of South Carolina, you can get borrowing privileges through either the My Carolina Alumni Association or the library's Thomas Cooper Society.
